When you subscribe to our services for a specific period, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website, email communications, and any related services, including delivery of stock analysis reports, research notes etc.
1. What information do we collect?
We collect limited information necessary to provide you the services with best user experience.
Personal information you give us: When you subscribe, we collect details that includes your name, email address and billing address (for legal purposes). If you choose to pay by credit card or net banking, payment details are processed by our payment gateway partner and are not stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically: When you access our research reports or member area, we may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, the time and date of access etc. We also track which reports you download or open, to understand usage patterns and improve our research.
Information from other sources: We may obtain limited information from public databases only for compliance verification and to enhance user experience. We do not buy or sell personal data from or to any third party.
2. How do we use your information?
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
For register and login process: To facilitate account creation and login with your consent. If you link your account to a third-party service (e.g., Google or Facebook), we collect only the information you authorize from that service to streamline sign-up and authentication.
To fulfil and manage your subscriptions for contractual reasons: We process your information to handle subscription payments, renewals, report delivery, and any cancellations through our platform.
To deliver our services during your chosen subscription period: We use your name and email address, to provide you access to our research reports, stock updates and to contact for any urgent matter.
To manage payments and billing: We use your billing address and payment information to generate GST invoices, track subscription renewals and maintain records as required by Indian tax laws.
To request feedback for business purposes and/or with your consent: We may contact you to gather insights on your experience with our stock analysis reports and platform usage.
To improve our research and services: We analyse which research reports are most read, which stock calls get attention, and how you interact with our content. This helps us produce better quality research. This analysis is done on aggregated data, not individually.

To protect our services and comply with law: We use IP addresses and access logs to detect fraud, prevent sharing of research reports with non-subscribers and respond to legal requests if required by court order or regulatory authority and also to enforce our terms, conditions, and policies for business purposes, legal reasons, and/or contractual obligations. This includes addressing violations like unauthorized sharing of research reports.
For other business purposes: We may aggregate and analyse your data to identify usage trends, measure promotional effectiveness and improve our services, reports and user experience—all while ensuring individual anonymity.
3. Will your information be shared with anyone?
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. We only share your information in the following limited situations:
With service providers who help us operate: We share minimal data with vetted vendors and contractors for essential operations, such as payment processors (e.g., Razorpay), email services, hosting, analytics, and support. These partners are bound by strict contracts.

5. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information for as long as you have an active contractual period subscription with us and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law.
Under the Income Tax Act, we must keep billing records and invoices for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which the subscription was provided. Therefore, your name, email address, and payment history may be retained for up to 6 years after your subscription ends, even if you do not renew.
Your stock analysis preferences, research report access logs and any personalized investment notes are deleted as soon as we receive your request for deletion after your subscription expired, unless you renew.
If you request account deletion before your subscription ends, we will honor that request, but we will not be able to continue providing research reports and no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
We take the security of your data seriously. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should access our services only from a secure device and network.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
No. Our services are strictly for adults who are legally capable of entering into contracts and making investment decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete that information immediately. By subscribing to our services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
8. What are your privacy rights?
You have the following rights regarding your personal information we hold:
Right to access: You can ask us what personal information we have about you. We will try to provide this within 7 working days.

Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at any time. However, if you withdraw consent, we will not be able to continue providing research reports to you and your subscription will be terminated without refund for the remaining period.
Opting out of emails: You can unsubscribe from our marketing or promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Please note that even if you unsubscribe, we will still send you service-related emails necessary for your active subscription, such as research reports and renewal notices etc.
